Construction Manager vacancy in Ajman UAEWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Manage procurement of materials and equipment Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Resolve issues that arise during construction Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAEStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with other benefits.
