Principal AVIT/ Security Systems Engineer

Principal AVIT/ Security Systems Engineer Minimum 10-12 years of experience. BSc, MSc, or HNC in a relevant subject with demonstrable strength in IT subjects e.g., Computer Sciences. Industry qualifications, e.g., RCDD, CCNE, CIBSE.Demonstrable project management skills. Experience in Middle East projects is a must.Business Development Starting to develop a network of contacts.Be an ambassador for the Company.Project Role Able to represent the practice at project level.Demonstrate ability to take responsibility for projects.Manage the design and construction stages of a project.Supervise a small team of engineers and technicians.Typically serve as Project Engineer on various project sizes; on major/more complex projects, may take the role of a Design Engineer.Responsible for delivering work to a fee agreed with a Project Manager.Core responsibilities include: -Delivering tasks by agreed deadlines and fees.Ensuring task profitability.Maintaining task quality.Preparing client/project proposals.Presenting to clients.Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees where possible.Constructing project teams from internal and external resources.Procure project resources.Achieve 95% chargeable time.Company Role Understand the company's business plan, mission statement, and key challenges.Contribute to developing company procedures by actively participating in task groups.Attend team meetings and contribute to procedure development within your team.Review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system.Apply policies related to health & safety, quality, and training.Maintain financial awareness for project budgets.Plan resources effectively.Review and comment on deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians at key project stages.Demonstrate comprehensive technical competence.Possess knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment, and claim assessment.Understand analytical concepts.Be responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) for their team.Have knowledge of BIM standards and 3D working practices.QHSE Responsibilities Understand, implement, and follow 9E QHSE policies.Coordinate and implement QHSE procedures in your workplace.Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws related to QHSE.Report any QHSE incidents immediately to the 9E QHSE Department and to legal authorities if required.Adhere to Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and complete site induction before mobilizing at sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
