Accountant

Junior Accountant We are a reputable accounting firm located in Sharjah and we are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts.Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports- Update and maintain accounting records and files- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger transactions- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions- Communicate with clients regarding their financial records and provide necessary support Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome)- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Working Conditions: Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position Nationality Preference: Indian (other nationalities are also welcome)Accommodation: Not provided Visa Status: Must have own visa Experience Level: Entry level/freshers If you possess the above qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in the field of accounting, we would love to hear from you.
