Head of KS2- Ras Al Khaimah, UAEWe are working with a renowned British curriculum international school who are looking for a Head of Key Stage 2 to join them in August.About the Role The Head of Key Stage 2 will lead the strategic and operational execution of the school’s vision and policies within Key Stage 2.Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational execution of the school’s vision and policies within Key Stage 2Ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained through effective use of curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy.Foster an environment that supports character development and student engagement in line with the ACE APPROACH.Work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for students.Engage actively with students and parents, ensuring a personable approach that strengthens community ties.Manage and inspire a team of educators, supporting their professional development and ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of all students.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational strategies and interventions to continually improve student achievement.Qualifications A degree in Education or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferable.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Required Skills Extensive experience in primary education within a British curriculum setting.Proven leadership and management skills in an educational environment.Deep understanding of the principles of curriculum, assessment, pedagogy, and intervention.Strong commitment to holistic education as outlined in the ACE APPROACH.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.Preferred Skills Experience in strategic planning and change management.A track record of improving student outcomes in a primary school setting.Pay range and compensation package Salary of up to 20,000 AED monthly Annual flight allowance Hotel for the first month, and assistance with sourcing suitable housing Free tuition for dependents Visa sponsorship Full medical insurance End of service gratuity bonus Opportunities for professional development and advancement within a supportive and visionary educational community.A dynamic and challenging work environment where creative thinking and innovation are encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr
