RAK Ceramics is publicly listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dhaka Stock Exchange.The Role We are looking for a Senior Executive – Internal Audit to join our Finance function at RAK Ceramics HQ in the UAE. This role is responsible for conducting and reporting internal audit reviews, investigations, and other assignments independently or as part of a team. The candidate should possess strong audit, analytical, and interpersonal skills to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.What You Will Be Doing Independently execute low and medium-risk assignments as per audit plans.Perform control gap analysis, update risk control matrix, and upload audit evidence.Review internal controls and compliance with company policies.Identify and investigate red flags and escalate findings appropriately.Document findings, prepare high-quality audit reports, and discuss with management.Follow up on audit recommendations and maintain a tracker.Conduct data analysis and continuously improve audit analytics routines.Assist with investigations, process improvements, and special audit assignments.What We Are Looking For Functional Competencies: Strong knowledge of audit techniques, business process analysis, and internal controls.Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, audit tools like Teammate+, and data analytics (ACL).Ability to conduct risk assessments and prepare clear documentation.Understanding of forensic audit techniques and fraud awareness.Behavioral Competencies: High integrity, tenacity, and organizational awareness.Results-driven and detail-oriented with strong work ethics.Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Our Ideal Match Qualification: B.Com, CA Intermediate, or freshly qualified CA.
