RPA Senior Consultant

The client is looking for a RPA Senior Consultant to work a 1-Year Fixed Term contract in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Onsite).About the Role: The client is looking for a highly experienced and motivated RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Senior Consultant to join their team onsite at their Dubai office. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies, particularly Automation Anywhere 2019 and the ability to work directly with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions. You will be instrumental in leading automation engagements, developing intelligent automation strategies and guiding technical teams throughout the automation lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build strong business cases for automation initiatives.Conduct workshops and identify automation opportunities that drive process improvement and operational efficiency.Communicate effectively with project managers, technical teams and business users to ensure smooth delivery of automation solutions.Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and strategic bids, including proposition development.Mentor RPA developers, conduct peer reviews and work closely with Centers of Excellence (Co Es).Leverage and apply intelligent automation technologies such as conversational AI, process mining, workflow automation and Generative AI.Deliver training sessions to internal teams to promote self-service automation adoption.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in intelligent automation.Maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver reports as needed.Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA, with significant expertise in Automation Anywhere 2019 (development, bot management and control room and deployment).Strong background in process assessment, solution design and automation architecture.Demonstrated experience in leading automation projects and coordinating across multiple business functions.Familiarity with intelligent automation tools and strategies (e.g., OCR, NLP, AI/ML integration).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience working within or alongside an RPA Center of Excellence is a strong advantage.Relevant RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or similar) are preferred.Preferred Skills: Exposure to complementary RPA tools such as Ui Path, Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Automate.Experience integrating RPA with ERP systems, CRMs or custom applications.Understanding of cloud platforms and hosting models (e.g., Azure, AWS).Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and project management practices.Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area Corporate Planning Consulting M&AKeywords RPA Senior Consultant Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
