Construction Director

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and driven Construction Director to lead the delivery of high-profile real estate developments. From luxury residential and hospitality projects to large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, this is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned expert with a proven track record of turning visionary masterplans into high-quality, sustainable landmarks. The ideal candidate brings strategic oversight, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phase construction programs.Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects—design, procurement, construction, and handover—ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery across hospitality, residential, commercial, and urban infrastructure portfolios.Lead coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance.Manage project governance, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration (FIDIC/PPP), ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory objectives.Drive construction strategy, risk mitigation, and schedule optimization across multiple project streams within live urban environments.Champion sustainability, innovation, and value engineering principles, ensuring delivery aligns with LEED, ISO, and other green building certifications. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Business Administration preferred.Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, real estate-focused construction projects in the Middle East or internationally.Strong background in high-rise towers, hospitality developments, urban communities, retail and commercial spaces, and luxury residential complexes.Deep understanding of construction regulations, stakeholder management, procurement strategies, and dispute resolution.Proficient with construction management tools such as Primavera, Aconex, PMWeb, Auto CAD, and BIM.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to lead multicultural, multidisciplinary project teams.PMP, LEED, or equivalent professional certifications are an asset.Looking to lead and deliver landmark real estate developments?Join a high-caliber organization shaping tomorrow’s skyline and creating world-class urban environments.Project Manager - Oil Storage Terminal Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
