As our B2B Marketing AI Rockstar, you'll spearhead AI-driven demand generation, predictive analytics, and account-based marketing (ABM). What You Will Do: Driving Global B2B Impact: Based in Dubai, develop and execute AI-powered B2B marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth across the GCC, Europe, and the USA, supporting all three Merch One B2B verticals: Reseller, Corporate, and Partner at TCG. AI-Driven Strategy & Execution: Develop and deploy AI-enhanced demand-generation strategies, delivering personalized, predictive, and powerful campaigns across digital, social, events, email, webinars, and beyond. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Leverage AI to curate precise target lists, craft personalized content, and execute tailored campaigns to accelerate sales velocity. Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Utilize AI-driven analytics and insights to co-create outreach sequences, targeted assets, and training programs to enhance lead quality and engagement. Content Innovation: Create compelling, hyper-personalized AI-generated content (case studies, thought leadership articles, product explainers) positioning Merch One as a leader in mass-customized promotional products. Event Intelligence: Plan and execute industry events and trade shows powered by AI-driven attendee targeting and automated post-event nurture flows. Performance & Optimization: Use Hub Spot, Linked In Campaign Manager, BI dashboards, and AI analytics to track, report, and optimize funnel performance weekly. Budget Mastery: AI-assisted forecasting and real-time budget optimization for maximum ROI. Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of content creators, digital marketers, and event specialists, integrating AI methodologies. Preferred Background: Minimum 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with impact in AI-driven campaigns, ABM, or demand generation. Hands-on experience with marketing AI tools (Hub Spot AI, predictive analytics, generative AI content creation). Proficient with Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and AI analytics tools. Excellent English communication skills. Forward-looking mindset with passion for AI in marketing. KPIs & Success Metrics: Growth in pipeline and revenue sourced from marketing efforts.
