A world without waste.Role Summary The Service Delivery Lead – Fleet is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely execution of waste management services through the effective coordination of a fleet of waste collection vehicles. This role is critical in overseeing daily fleet operations, maintaining high service levels, ensuring full compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and continuously driving improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.In addition, the Service Delivery Lead will take ownership of leading and executing operational plans that enhance the overall customer experience.
