We are currently seeking passionate and exceptional promoters to join our growing team.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Promoter at Blue Gulf. As a Brand Promoter, you will represent some of the most exciting brands in the beauty, skincare, confectionery, and other industries. Your role will involve directly engaging with customers, providing product information, offering samples, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, answering questions and providing detailed information about the products, including beauty, skincare, and confectionery items.Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to showcase the benefits and features of the brands you represent.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.Brand Representation: Maintain a deep understanding of the brands and products, and effectively communicate their key messages and values.Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by encouraging product trials and purchases, and by creating a welcoming and informative environment.Event Support: Help with setting up, running, and dismantling promotional events, ensuring a smooth and successful activation.Reporting: Collect and report customer feedback, track engagement, and provide insights on the success of each activation.Qualifications and Skills: Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is highly preferred to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.Outgoing and Approachable Personality: Confident and comfortable interacting with a wide range of customers.Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or Confectionery Promotions is an advantage but not required.Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.Self-Motivated and Professional: Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Visa Status: Candidates with their own visa are preferred.What We Offer: Diverse Brand Portfolio: Work with leading brands in beauty, skincare, confectionery, and more.Exciting Activations: Participate in dynamic promotional events and brand activations across Dubai.Competitive Compensation: Attractive pay rates with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.Supportive Team Environment: Join a vibrant, supportive team committed to delivering excellence in every activation.Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Events Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
