The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing appointment reservations, training telesales agents, and ensuring the highest standards in customer service and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing appointment reservations, training telesales agents, and ensuring the highest standards in customer service and compliance. A background in medical or cosmetic sectors is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales & Appointment Bookings: Proactively lead the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and appointment bookings.Agent Training & Development: Deliver onboarding and continuous training focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, call quality, and compliance.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate both soft and hard skills of telesales agents through call listening, coaching, and performance reviews.KPI Establishment & Achievement: Develop and implement KPIs for individual agents and the overall team; regularly track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.Complaint Handling: Serve as the escalation point for all telesales-related complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution in line with company policies.Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations, maintain agent discipline, morale, and motivation to ensure a high-performance environment.Call Handling: Take sales calls and handle appointment bookings during peak times or as needed to support the team.Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all calls meet quality and regulatory standards, especially in a sensitive medical or cosmetic environment.Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in telesales and call center operations, ideally in medical or cosmetic industries.Previous supervisory or team lead experience is essential.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and appointment booking software.Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle escalations professionally.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify improvement areas.Knows how to train new agents and senior agents.Familiar with CRM and other tools.Preferred Experience: Prior work in a clinic, hospital, or cosmetic surgery environment.Have worked in mobile networks, car dealerships or big retail companies.Understanding of patient care journeys and sensitivity in dealing with client inquiries.Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing and front desk operations.verbal and written communication skills Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Medical Practices Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bizrahmed by 2x Get notified about new Telesales Supervisor jobs in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
