In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategic marketing and project execution—playing a critical part in launching and promoting high-profile real estate developments that shape the future of living.Beyond campaign planning, you will serve as a key liaison between internal development teams and external agencies, supporting go-to-market strategies, managing creative assets, and contributing to the overall success and visibility of flagship projects.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the successful launch and promotion of key products and initiatives Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns and assets Oversee the creation and deployment of product-focused content across digital and offline channels Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring consistency with brand and business objectives Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Online Advertising6+ years of experience in marketing at least Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate across teams Strong proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, and social media analytics Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategies to diverse stakeholders This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your marketing expertise will directly influence the success of innovative product launches.
