The position is urgent, and the successful candidate will be joining a high-impact development for the delivery stage, with long-term growth potential within a respected PMC.Requirements: 25+ years’ total experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in post-contract project delivery.Proven success in managing large-scale hotel or residential projects through to handover.PMC Experience.Strong background in contracting.Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Must be site-based in the UAE or willing to relocate/commute as required.Why Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking PMC on a high-profile hotel / residential project in the UAE.
