This position will directly impact the company's market expansion and sales performance.Key Responsibilities: Store Location Selection and Expansion: Conduct market research to analyze the potential of target markets and determine optimal store locations.Develop and implement store expansion plans to drive the opening of new stores in alignment with the company's strategic goals.Fine-tuning Store Operations: Oversee the fine-tuning of store operations to enhance consumer purchasing experiences.Plan and allocate resources for activities, materials, and gifts to ensure effective utilization.Perform routine checks on basic operational actions to ensure compliance with operational standards.Ensure the execution of category display standards to enhance the overall image and attractiveness of the stores.Market Activity Planning and Execution: Plan regional retail market activities, ensuring alignment with company strategy.Supervise the execution of activities in stores, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary.Qualifications: Over 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.Strong market analysis and project management skills.Excellent data processing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Software.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.At Honor, we celebrate diversity & Inclusion and are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.Start a new journey with HONOR to go beyond!Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst Industries Computers and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
