Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions, including Networking, hardware, software solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services and ELV Solutions.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and SMEs.Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.Recommend IT solutions, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and managed services.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.Ensure timely order processing and follow-up on payment collections.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
