Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Maintain Productivity tracker for savings target delivery across business units for 2025.Support and track cost reduction initiatives (eg: recipe reformulation, packaging redesign) with detailed analytics on impact and feasibility.Link operational and financial metrics to assess cost drivers and drive efficiency.Logistics and Truck Utilization: Develop dynamic dashboards to improve visibility of truck utilization, detention, primary/secondary shipments, van sales, and export costs.Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain teams and use data analytics to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements across the logistics network.CAPEX and Investment Governance: Track CAPEX spend and support post-investment evaluations for major CAPEX projects using financial models and scenario analyses.Procurement: Analyze procurement data, with emphasis on tail spend, to identify savings and sourcing efficiencies.Support in maintaining procurement savings trackers with automated reporting for leadership and BU visibility.Operational Data Management: Maintain and structure a centralized 3-year operational dataset to enable seamless access and integration into reporting tools.Ensure data quality and consistency across sources to support planning and analytics.Supply Chain Analytics and Decision Support: Deliver monthly SC Finance analytics dashboards with insights on OPEX, procurement efficiencies, logistics costs, and working capital.Provide leadership with early indicators of risks and opportunities through advanced analytics and trend monitoring.Other FP&A Activity: Prepare variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods, integrating operational drivers.Assist in building and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning.Provide foresight through trend analysis and predictive insights to help identify financial risks early and enable timely corrective actions.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles Contribute to Board of Directors presentations with automated, insight-driven content.Coordinate with business units to consolidate data inputs and ensure accurate, timely reporting.Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with internal controls and reporting standards QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Experience & skills: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, or analytics-focused roles.Skilled in building dashboards, automating reports, and managing large datasets for financial and operational analysis.Strong understanding of financial planning, cost optimization, and performance management principles.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clearly communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to enabling business decisions.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance Industries Food and Beverage Services and Food and Beverage Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Americana Foods by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist” roles.Senior Associate - Financial Planning and Analysis Senior FP And A Analyst (Finance And Accounting )Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (Emirati Talent)We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
