Porcelain About the Job: The Internal Quality Auditor is responsible, under the general direction of the Quality & Customer Claim Manager, to promote and enhance the Quality Management System within the organization and relevant functions. The role also involves verifying the implementation and effectiveness of all standard requirements of ISO 9001, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 and applicable product standards.Key Responsibilities: Participate in internal quality audits for the ISO 9001 quality management system and verify corrective actions.Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements across critical functions, including tile and sanitary ware factories and supporting services.Assist in preparing for product certifications and surveillance audits conducted by external auditors.Investigate nonconformities identified during internal and external audits and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Conduct training for factory personnel on documented procedures of the quality management system.Identify processes, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.Develop internal auditing/testing parameters.Assist the Quality System Manager with national and international product certifications.Record, report, and track issues identified during monitoring activities, including inspections, and prepare quality audit reports for the Quality & Customer Claim Manager.Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related 4-year course.ISO 9001: 2015 or Lead Auditor certification.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or any ERP system.Strong communication skills and integrity to collaborate effectively with production managers and manage high-pressure environments.Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Quality Assurance Industries Manufacturing, including Glass, Ceramics, and Concrete Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
