About The Role As a CBRE Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction and estate management activities for a defined portfolio of small to medium-sized properties across multiple countries in the Middle East region. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates This role is part of the Brokerage team, responsible for buying, selling, and letting residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. What You’ll Do Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties. Develop real estate plans aligned with clients' strategic goals. Coordinate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing. Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent, reviewing business terms for various commercial real estate products. Negotiate sales through field brokers, including leases and amendments, and track expirations. Secure new properties to meet client requirements and timelines. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure service line integration and track transaction activity, including commissions, forecasts, vouchers, and accounts. Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans to achieve goals. Review RFQs, comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker opinions of value. Present financial projections such as cash flow, NPV, and IRR to aid client decision-making. Apply advanced knowledge of principles and techniques to complex assignments, providing innovative solutions. Mentor colleagues and share expertise within the team. Lead by example, fostering consensus and alignment with CBRE RISE values. Manage customer, operational, project, or service activities within the team and related units. Operate within broad guidelines and policies. Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively. What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong judgment skills based on analyzing multiple information sources. Ability to approach existing solutions from new perspectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. Strong mathematical skills, capable of handling financial calculations like percentages and fractions. Fluency in English and Turkish, both verbal and written.
