MEP QS and Cost Control Engineer

Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor and Cost Control Engineer We are an MEP Contracting Company seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Job Functions: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works.Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports and cash flow projections.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and value.Track and certify progress payments, variations, and claims.Assist in contract administration and support procurement planning.Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure cost alignment.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for cost control.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying and cost control, preferably in the UAE.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and UAE construction standards.Proficient in MS Excel, Auto CAD, and cost control software (e.g., CCS, Candy, or similar).Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication and reporting skills.Additional Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Industry: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and Engineering Services Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at MEPCO Electro Mechanical Works LLC by 2x.Get notified about new Cost Control Engineer jobs in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
