SR Civil/Structural Project Coordinator

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy Job Description Act as a bridge between the design consultants and site teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.Review civil/structural drawings and suggest necessary changes based on site conditions and project requirements.Liaise with vendors, consultants, and contractors to track and resolve design-related issues in a timely manner.Monitor progress and flag delays or discrepancies proactively.Handle drawing revisions, RFIs, and approvals, ensuring timely turnaround and documentation.Ensure design intent is followed during execution and flag any deviations.Coordinate design review meetings and update all stakeholders.Collaborate with internal project teams and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.Maintain clear project records and reporting for management.Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of civil/structural design to manage coordination between design consultants, site teams, and project stakeholders for industrial infrastructure projects, including substations, control rooms, and high-rise structures.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in engineering consultancies or EPC project environments like EIL, Reliance, L&T, etc., and should be capable of independently managing revisions, resolving design-site conflicts, and ensuring alignment between planning and execution.Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture. 3 7 years of experience in industrial infrastructure or EPC projects. Experience in substations, control rooms, or industrial facilities is preferred. Background in companies like EIL, Reliance, L&T, Tata Projects, etc., will be a strong advantage. Strong understanding of civil/structural design hands-on design experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be able to read and interpret drawings and design intent. Prior experience in project coordination or site management is desirable.
