Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Servicing Manager with 3–4 years ofexperience in managing direct brands and digital media agencies. The ideal candidate should havea solid understanding of mobile advertising, the programmatic ecosystem, and attributiontracking using industry-standard tools. With acommitment to excellence and a passion for pushing boundaries, we deliver tailoredsolutions around programmatic advertising leveraging Rich media Ads, OEMs, Connected TVs, Premium Mobile Apps and Google DV360 that maximizes the impact of everyadvertising campaign.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for digital media agencies and direct clients, ensuringhigh levels of client satisfaction and retention.Understand client objectives and translate them into successful mobile advertising andprogrammatic strategies.Coordinate with internal trading, operations, and business development teams to execute andoptimize campaigns effectively.Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reporting and actionable insightsto clients.Set up and troubleshoot tracking through MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch), ensuring properattribution and data accuracy.Manage and support programmatic deals across platforms like Pub Matic, Equativ, The Trade Desk, and Google Ad Manager (GAM).Contribute to the creation of media plans, pitch decks, and performance reviews.Stay updated with industry trends, client business landscapes, and ad tech innovations.Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in digital media client servicing, preferably withexposure to both brand and agency-side operations.Strong understanding of mobile advertising, in-app campaigns, andprogrammatic media buying.In-depth knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, etc., and how mobile attribution works.Working knowledge of programmatic platforms and deals on Pub Matic,Equativ, The Trade Desk,and GAM is preferred.Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail andtimelines.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.First Name*Last Name*Email Address*+91 (India)Resume*Upload your resume or drag and drop it here Only .doc, .docx, .pdf, .odt, .rtf Stay ahead of trends.
