Physiotherapist and Medical Director for new clinic DHA and UAE Exp

Description Ontime Group is excited to announce the opening of a new clinic and is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist and Medical Director with a valid DHA license and UAE experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead and establish a new physiotherapy department providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing clinical protocols managing the daily operations of the clinic and fostering a patient-centered environment.Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of physiotherapy services in the new clinic ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to all patients.- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.- Oversee the recruitment training and development of physiotherapy staff to create a strong clinical team.- Establish clinical protocols and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations licensing requirements and quality standards.- Engage with patients and their families to provide education on treatment plans rehabilitation goals and health management.- Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in physiotherapy integrating evidence-based practices into the clinics operations.- Manage the clinics budget and resource allocation efficiently to ensure the sustainability of operations.Requirements- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.- Valid DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.- Previous experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting is highly preferred.- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating diverse patient populations.- Excellent organizational and management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to compliance with industry standards.- Passion for patient care and a dedication to enhancing the health and wellness of the community.Benefits Salary Benefits (tax free)Required Experience: Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
