The role involves caring for two boys aged nearly 6 and 3 years old, with a focus on their development, education, and well-being. This is a shared-care position, working alongside an engaged and hands-on mother, and supported by an assistant nanny when both children are at home.Key Responsibilities : Engage the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities that promote their learning and development.Support the eldest child with school-related tasks, including reading and basic maths.Take full responsibility for the school run and transport to / from after-school activities.Oversee daily routines including mealtimes, bath time, and bedtime.Plan and implement developmental activities for the youngest child during morning hours, as he is not yet in school.Collaborate with the assistant nanny when needed.Maintain consistent boundaries in a respectful and nurturing manner.Household Notes : Fully staffed household – no housekeeping or domestic duties required.Shared care role with the mother.Schedule & Compensation : Option 1 : Salary : £1,200 per week clear OR if prefer Option 2 : Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM, Sunday 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PMSalary : £1,100 per week clear Additional Benefits : Private apartment provided for sole use5 weeks paid holiday per year1 annual return flight home Ideal Candidate : Qualified ideally with an educational degree or diploma Experience working with children of similar ages in a private household A kind, calm, and respectful approach, with the ability to set and maintain clear boundaries Energetic, proactive, and creative in planning educational and engaging activities Comfortable working in a team and in a shared care environment Interviewing now to start by mid August - but can be earlier or later depending on ideal candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
