Content & Events Assistant

ITP Media Group - Assistant Role ITP Media Group is seeking a conscientious, detail-oriented, and proactive assistant to support its content and events departments' operations and logistics. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about media. This role reports to the Chief Content Officer and involves supporting process projects and products for brands including Time Out, Gault&Millau, Ahlan in the Middle East, and Watch Pro in the UK.Requirements Key Responsibilities Compiling and organizing resources for editorial and marketing projects, training sessions, and meetings.Liaising with design, content, video, and events departments to compile assets for internal and external projects, including pitches, presentations, launches, redesigns, and activations.Maintaining and updating a monthly calendar of deadlines, meetings, and action points, and following up to ensure deadlines are met.Setting up, organizing, and managing project boards and trackers for editorial projects.Creating and updating Canva templates for editorial and events projects.Researching and reporting for editorial, marketing, and events projects.Supporting department editors with special projects as needed.Assisting with pre- and in-event logistics for the departments.Experience, Skills & Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in a media or events business.Proficiency in Excel, Canva, CRM, and CMS software.Experience in content creation, including writing or social media for media or events.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.Understanding of the media and events landscape in the Middle East.Knowledge of the Middle East's cultural identity and enthusiasm for new experiences.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Fluent English required; fluent Arabic preferred.What We Look for in Candidates Creativity in process improvement and problem-solving.Industry awareness and insight into trends.Energetic personality with a sense of humor.Persuasiveness and credibility in presenting ideas.Accountability in managing projects from start to finish.Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
