CCR Operator

Job Title: CCR Operator for Loesche VRM Slag Grinding This position oversees CCR operations for Loesche VRM slag grinding and controls the production process from CCR with quality control, aiming to optimize production and coordinate with the site team for prompt action.Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with other departments (maintenance and lab) during the shift, follow advice, or provide guidance through the shift in charge.Maintain in-depth knowledge of VRM / GGBS process systems and application methodologies.Apply good analytical and reasoning abilities to understand and analyze potential failure modes.Coordinate effectively with other departments functioning in the plant, including maintenance and lab teams.Monitor VRM data as per process requirements.Coordinate properly with the Patroller and shift in charge during the shift.Prepare shift reports at the end of each shift.Familiarize with various failure modes of plant equipment.Log daily/shift jobs carried out.Report to immediate superior at the end of the day/shift regarding jobs completed and problems faced.Notify the supervisor or section head immediately in case of breakdowns.Maintain departmental manuals, documents, and log sheets properly.Ensure reliability and quality of maintenance work performed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
