Talent Management: * Support Senior Manager, Talent Management and Group Head of Talent in overall Talent Management initiatives as directed;* Act as Talent Partner to delegated business units and work closely with the extended leadership team, Talent Heads, and HRBPs to drive the Talent Agenda forward in line with the new talent strategy;Talent Development: * Responsibility for validation of High Potential nominations, working closely with the Organisational Capability Team to ensure relevant testing or development/assessment centres take place and results analysed.* Responsible for managing the TM program curriculum - working with external vendors and L&D Programme Manager/E Learning and Logistics Team to design, launch and evaluate programmes - including but not exclusively on: career development planning, development/assessment centres, winning the war for talent manager awareness programme, mentoring and Shahab (visibility and networking opportunities for key talent).* Responsible for overseeing the management of the nomination process for attending TM programs including Career Development Planning, Development centres and Winning the war for Talent;Career Development: * Responsible for the overall Career Management strategy for NBAD and initiatives linked to TM strategy, including designing and implementing career discussions, career pathway examples and how we encourage mobility in an environment where few people currently move.* Facilitate Career Development Planning for Talent, Critical Role Successors and High Performing UAENs.* Manage international secondments program/assignments for UAE National Talent from nomination to re-entry to UAE business including participant progress and evaluation reports.* Develop and implement policies for Summer Training, Placements, Work experience in conjunction with Recruitment and Emiratisation teams.About The Company Frazer Jones identifies Human Resource professionals across all markets in almost every geographical location.
