Tasks/Aufgaben Join our dynamic team as Head of Global Center of Excellence Talent Acquisition and shape the strategic direction of our talent acquisition function, driving culture change and fostering business growth in a global setting. Lead innovative TA initiatives, empower high-performing teams, and make impactful strategic decisions to optimize our TA practices and drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the global Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business and the overall global HR strategy. Lead creation and implementation of continuous improvement of global products and processes within the Co E Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy and organizational goals. Provide subject expertise and strategic guidance on TA best practices and market trends to Regional Co E’s, HR BP’s, Center of People Solution, and business to support business objectives. Lead the TA Co E team globally to identify TA needs and translate business requirements into sustainable and reliable global TA solutions in collaboration with HR BP’s, other teams and functions across the groups. Lead identification of innovative HR products and processes in Talent Acquisition based on market developments, managing implementation of those solutions and change necessary for them. Manage and oversee global projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring of key performance indicators. Provide proactive guidance and feedback to the TA team globally and enable development of expertise in all TA areas globally. Empower, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Act as a member of global HR leadership team to ensure alignment of the global Talent Acquisition strategy with other Co E strategies and regional operations. Qualifications/Qualifikationen University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of HR experience in both strategic and operational roles with at least 7 years of leadership experience. Successful experience of leading innovation in HR and managing change. Experience in leading complex projects with integrating diverse perspectives and cultures. Track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering individual development. Solid understanding of HR topics throughout the employee life cycle with a special focus on talent acquisition. In-depth functional expertise and knowledge about HR IT/ITC market trends. Strong collaboration and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels to build enduring partnerships across the global organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
