We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include: Business and Financial Planning: Develop and implement portfolio strategy, track profit and loss variances, and recommend corrective strategies to drive card activation, card spends, usage, revolve, retention of outstanding balances, and building market share to ensure robust portfolio growth across all card variants.Portfolio Management: Develop and implement advanced decision sciences and predictive models to manage customer behavior and maximize portfolio profitability. Design and manage installment payment plans, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote installment products, and execute campaigns to increase spends, reduce inactive cards, and improve delivery rates. Monitor portfolio composition, usage patterns, cost of funds, and yields in line with business objectives.Marketing Management: Formulate marketing strategies and develop activities to meet portfolio targets. Monitor campaign performance to improve conversions and revenue.Partner Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings to explore opportunities for enhancing value propositions and ensure timely submission of reports.Budget Management: Assist in preparing the business area’s budget, monitor financial performance, identify issues, and capitalize on performance improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with risk, compliance, marketing, and IT departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures: Implement departmental policies and ensure adherence to standards, delivering quality service to customers and stakeholders.Customer Service: Demonstrate ADCB’s service standards to deliver high-quality customer interactions.The ideal candidate should have the following experience: At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial institutions in portfolio management.Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics from a recognized university.Strong numerical and financial analysis skills.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office.Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.What we offer: Competitive Salary: AED 25,000 – AED 41,500 per month, with eligibility for variable pay plans.Comprehensive Benefits: Market-leading medical insurance, life and accident insurance, paid leave, leave airfare, loan and finance discounts, staff offers, and children’s education assistance for certain levels.Flexible and Remote Working Options: Flexible arrangements to support work-life balance, subject to job requirements.Learning and Development Opportunities: Structured training, e-learning, on-the-job training, and professional development programs.At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring, and disciplined work environment aligned with your career ambitions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
