Compliance Officer/MLRO

Our client, a corporate services provider founded and based in Dubai, is seeking to recruit a MLRO/Compliance Officer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and upkeep of all policies and procedures aligned with the company's compliance/MLRO framework. This includes overseeing the daily operations, client onboarding processes, continuous monitoring, manual maintenance, staff training, preparation of annual DFSA/FSRA returns, and ensuring compliance with all internal policies and procedures and DFSA/FSRA recommendations. Directly reporting to the Managing Director and maintaining communication with our regulators will also be a part of their duties.Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance.• At least 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the UAE and globally.• Experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Apply to Job You can choose to drop your resume to complete your applicationfaster.
