The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing largescale infrastructure projects particularly within the oil and gas sector.Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of the project from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.Manage the construction and operation of raw gas gathering and compression facilities gas processing facilities storage tanks export terminals and connecting pipelines.Lead Phase II expansion including the additional construction of gas processing and gathering facilities and the development of upstream oilfield operations.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.Ensure adherence to safety quality and environmental standards throughout all project phases.Prepare and present project updates to senior management and relevant authorities.Foster a collaborative team environment promoting communication and problemsolving among project members.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on oil and gas infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of BOOT (Build Own Operate Transfer) contract models.Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to contribute to a landmark project with significant impact on Iraqs energy sector.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Note: STRAGO is an equal employment opportunity employer.
