JOINERY MANAGER

Oversee and manage all phases of joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.Review and interpret technical drawings, joinery shop drawings, and project plans.Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and main contractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are fully aligned.Supervise and monitor the manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.Manage production teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.Ensure all health & safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to cross-functional project teams.Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.Key Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, Degree of Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field.Must have 10 years above experience from reputed firms in UAE/GCC.Must have worked on any hotel projects in the UAE/GCC.Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and high-end interior fit-out works.Solid experience in production management and coordination with manufacturing units.Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and joinery drawings.Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Knowledge of project management software is a plus.UAE experience is mandatory.Must be currently based in the UAE, and available immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
