Description

We are a furniture manufacturing company based in Dubai looking for Business Development Manager who has a background in Fit out, Joinery and furniture manufacturing Industry.Job Description Responsible for managing the full sales process for the business.Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.Regularly meet with clients and senior management.Establish and maintain effective communication links with Interior designers and factory to identify all sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.Maintain a solid relationship with key customers to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.Ensuring the success of awarded projects by monitoring progress level with providing top quality serves after sale.Track external projects and coordinating with suppliers.Utilise an existing network and contacts to generate enquiries as well as opportunities for proposals and tenders.Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.Contributes to sales executives’ staff effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant degree.Minimum 5-8 years of similar experience in Fit out, Joinery and furniture manufacturing.Proven UAE experience in project sales and business development within interior design, joinery or furniture supply organization Strong background in furniture industry and worked in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAEOutgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.Ability to think creatively and innovatively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
