POSITION PURPOSEThe essence of the position is to facilitate adherence to Indirect Purchasing policy and documentation. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies, and preparing regular trackers and reports using various purchasing tools.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Collaborate with business stakeholders across all countries to ensure compliance with the indirect purchasing policy.Coordinate and ensure completion of documentation as per policy requirements.Review bidding documentation prepared by business teams before internal validation.Coordinate with suppliers for fulfilling requirements related to third-party due diligence audits.Understand purchasing tools (e.g., Spend Saving, Compliance) and update them regularly.Assess the feasibility of testing a new bidding tool in the Middle East.Prepare monthly trackers and reports.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTESProactive approach to work.Team player willing to take initiatives.Excellent interpersonal skills.Attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in Excel and collaborative skills.Languages: Proficient in English (oral and written).Experience: Fresher acceptable.Education: Graduate from a recognized university; preferred background in Business Administration or certifications in Supply Chain/Procurement.Tools/Certifications: Knowledge of MS Office Suite.The candidate should possess excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Required Experience: Intern #J-18808-Ljbffr
