How does your working day look like Ensures that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the Company International Quality Management System.Provides handson support and assistance to colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.Conducts team briefings meetings and training as directed by Management.Assists management to maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and follow the SOPs all at all times.Ensures that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas.Supervises the level consistency and quality of table and/ or counter service of all menu items.Ensures that all colleagues adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.Consistently monitors quality of food and beverages being served and service quality escalating any major problems/ complaints to Management.Actively promotes the use of up selling techniques within outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.Provides specialist advice to customers and colleagues on food and beverages.Supervises all aspects of food and beverage quality service and hygiene and escalates concerns to Management.In absence of an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager takes responsibility of operational issues.Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.Prepares duty roster to be approved by the Outlet manager Conducts restaurant control (inventory)Qualifications : Your personality counts more than your CVPleasing personality and outgoing personality Team Player Able to work under pressure Good command of English (both written & spoken)High School Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Knowledge in beverage and cocktails Graduate of Hospitality course Certified in wines and spirits Have worked as a Supervisor in a restaurant and bar preferably 5 Star Hotel Minimum of two years experience Proven track record in training and developing staff Knowledge in cashiering procedures Strong Leadership Skills Training skills Computer Literate (Micros Microsoft applications)Additional Information : Whats in it for you Get to know all the other 25hours hotels and stay ten nights a year for free as an employee!Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more...Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime #J-18808-Ljbffr
