Head of Infrastructure

We're Hiring: Head of IT Infrastructure (Digital Transformation & Emerging Tech) Location: UAE -Onsite Contract - 6-12 months Senior Leadership We're seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure to lead the strategy, integration, and innovation of cutting-edge technologies—including Cloud, 5G, and AI.Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership in the integration of emerging technologies (Cloud, 5G, AI) to support national defense and digital modernization initiatives.Define and execute a long-term digital infrastructure strategy and the broader Digital & AI Transformation program.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external technical partners to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of innovative tech solutions.Drive digital adoption across all units, ensuring infrastructure supports rapid, informed decision-making and enhances operational efficiency.Champion scalable, secure, and resilient IT environments, enabling the deployment of autonomous systems and next-gen AI/ML applications.Required Experience & Skills: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, engineering leadership, or technology strategy roles within large-scale enterprises or mission-critical environments.Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving AI/ML, autonomous systems, or advanced networking technologies.Proven track record in deploying emerging technologies in complex, regulated environments (preferably defense, government, or critical infrastructure).Strong stakeholder management and vendor collaboration skills.Deep understanding of cybersecurity, systems integration, and operational technology environments in defense or security sectors.Experience with government clients is preferred.If the above matches your skillset please apply, if your application is successful someone from the team will reach out. #J-18808-Ljbffr
