Description

Job Purpose: The Corporate Coordinator – Incorporation & Renewal is responsible for efficiently handling company incorporation, onboarding, and renewal processes while ensuring exceptional customer service and full regulatory compliance. The role involves close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, timely processing of service requests (SRs), accurate documentation, and proactive customer support to enhance overall client experience.Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Customer Support: Professionally liaise with the Customer Service team and registered agents regarding incorporation and renewal processes.Respond promptly to all phone and email inquiries related to incorporations and renewals.Understand customer needs and company products to provide accurate and timely support.Handle escalations in collaboration with the compliance team for complex cases.Service Request Processing: Process service requests (SRs) for incorporations and renewals within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy and high-quality delivery.Prepare and review relevant documents, including certificates, memorandums, KYC records, and renewal confirmations.Documentation & Compliance: Review and verify all incorporation and renewal documents to ensure compliance with RAK ICC policies and UAE federal regulations.Assist in offsite and onsite compliance inspections.Update and maintain accurate client profiles in Salesforce CRM.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Customer Service, or a related field.Certification in Compliance or Corporate Governance is preferred.Registration and licensing Experience is required. Preferably in digital assets.1-4 years of experience in corporate services, customer service, incorporation, renewal processing, or compliance.Proficiency in business correspondence, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and document management.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
