Learn more at www.averydennison.com.Avery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer.Please let us know if we can support you with reasonable accommodations throughout the application process by contacting our team via Requestaccomodation@eu.averydennison.com.Job Description The Customer Service Representative manages accounts by processing orders, following up on orders, maintaining pricing integrity, ensuring on-time deliveries, and fulfilling complete orders.Provides telephone customer service regarding the company's products and services.Identifies customer needs and determines appropriate actions to address them.Promotes and sells the company's products or services.Investigates and resolves customer complaints professionally and tactfully.Uses a computer system to track questions, answers, and the status of orders.Coordinates with logistics and operations on capacity planning and scheduling.Supports all aspects of customer service, including price quotes, technical and product recommendations, and sample coordination.Initiates and implements initiatives to improve customer service and responsiveness.Acts as the principal liaison with marketing and sales for assigned customers.Supports marketing programs for assigned accounts.Champions customer needs, follows up on inquiries, and provides order management support, including order entry, expediting, and shipment information.Proactively communicates supply chain issues and offers alternatives.Attends technical training seminars and back-ups team members as needed.Partners with Inside Sales to help achieve sales goals.Qualifications Experience working with the printing industry is preferred.Degree or equivalent diploma required.2-3 years of customer service or related experience is a plus.Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.Strong data entry and organizational skills, with attention to detail and good follow-up abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
