Our legacy of engineering excellence is built on values of Planning, Reliability, Innovation, Determination, and Excellence — the pillars of every project we deliver.Open Positions: Draftsman (Architectural or Structural)Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include: Coordinating design and technical activities across architectural and structural disciplines.Preparing and reviewing detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings.Managing RFIs, subcontractor coordination, and site inspections.Using Auto CAD and other drafting software to produce high-quality design and construction drawings.Supporting the Technical Manager in planning, documentation control, and drawing submissions.Conducting field measurements, updating designs, and ensuring accuracy in material take-offs.Assisting in training and supervising junior staff or draftspersons.Reviewing consultant drawings, raising technical clarifications, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.Qualifications & Experience: Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.Experience: Senior roles: Minimum 7 years in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.Draftsman roles: Minimum 3 years with strong CAD experience.Skills: Proficient in Auto CAD and drafting software.Strong knowledge of architectural and/or structural detailing.Familiar with local authority standards and construction procedures.Strong coordination, communication, and technical reporting skills.Why Join Us?Join a trusted name in UAE construction and work alongside experienced professionals on high-impact projects.
