Join to apply for the IT PROJECT COORDINATOR role at Dicetek LLCGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job Purpose: To coordinate with external vendors, internal IT team, and Business Departments on projects and ensure it is implemented to meet customer expectations, thereby ensuring smooth running of department functions.Principal Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager during the concept phase of a project, including planning, sizing, and cost estimation, ensuring the project aligns with IT management views and directions.Manage and coordinate activities during the project lifecycle concerning the team and deliverables.Maintain the project plan, track progress, and report updates to the IT steering committee.Document project management deliverables and plans.Support the project within schedule and budget constraints without compromising scope and quality.Highlight project change risks or issues promptly to the appropriate boards and project managers.Attend and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as required.Minimum Requirements & Evaluation Criteria: Experience working with at least two large-sized projects as a Project Coordinator.Excellent knowledge of CMMI and ITIL standards, with implementation experience.Good knowledge of Business Analysis, including defining business processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders.Other Requirements: Schedule and document meetings with business users, outsource partners, and IT teams.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for project and technical services.Additional Details: Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
