Sales Executive Security Systems - Installation

What you will do A Sales Executive Security will be reporting directly to the Sales Director Control Security & Digital Solution GCC. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in UAE across the Security portfolio.You will be concentrated on selling new construction jobs, growing our market share with existing and new clients in focused verticals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate profitable business. Your focus will be on technology-driven solutions including CCTV, Access Control System, Command Control Center Solution, Analytics, and other ELV solutions.How you will do it Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value propositions, high-quality proposals, and taking part in the tendering and bidding process which will be managed by the presales team.Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls and leveraging your market understanding of our competitors' strategies, products, solutions, and services.Focus on seeking and developing long-term customer relationships and be self-motivated to drive your territory growth.Be determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time management skills.Drive your business by ensuring 360-degree stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant, and End User levels that will result in higher winning rates and driving your plan.What we look for Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.Minimum of 8 years experience in Security Systems Sales in the UAE market.Experience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment, and advising customers on solutions.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Determined, results-driven, and strong sales drive.Ability to deliver technical solution presentations.Fluent language skills in English.UAE driving license is a must.Who we are At Johnson Controls, we're shaping the future to create a world that's safe, comfortable, and sustainable.
