Platform & Listing Management: Manage product listings, content, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.Coordinate with the content and creative teams for accurate and appealing product uploads (titles, descriptions, images, tags).2. Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute discounting strategies tailored to the off-price model, balancing liquidation goals with profitability.Align with platform account managers for campaign participation (Big Sale Events, Clearance Sales, etc.).3. Operations & Fulfillment: Ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and adherence to SLA across all platforms.Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for inventory flow and returns management.4. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer behavior.Provide actionable insights for improving sell-through, average order value (AOV), and minimizing returns.5. Stock & Merchandising Coordination: Coordinate with merchandising and planning teams for liquidation strategy and seasonal stock planning.Monitor aging inventory and create push strategies accordingly.6.
