This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems, providing technical assistance to staff, and implementing efficient solutions to support our growing digital needs.As an IT Support Engineer at Noorka Logistics, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system upgrades, and supporting users with day-to-day technical queries. Your duties will include maintaining network stability, ensuring data security, installing and configuring systems, and collaborating with external IT service providers when necessary. The role also involves monitoring system performance, managing backups, and responding swiftly to system outages or security incidents.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with desktop support, network administration, and server management. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise software tools is essential. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are critical, as you will be working closely with employees across different departments to ensure consistent IT support and service delivery.This is a full-time position based in our Dubai office.
