This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 AED to 20,000 AED per month. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial management. This role requires a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience within the real estate sector.Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Provide financial advice and support to senior management.Supervise and mentor the finance team.Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role.Strong understanding of IFRS and relevant accounting principles.Proven experience in developing and implementing financial controls.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Experience with accounting software packages.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Burjline Builders by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Financial Controller” roles.Vice President, Internal Control for Financial Reporting Head of Department - Accounts and Finance
