The role is based in the UAE (Dubai) with a focus on offering support to WKC’s EIA and environmental permitting services.Responsibilities: Preparation of commercial and technical proposals under direction of your line manager EIA Report writing for Projects located in the UAE, including any specialist inputs to impact assessment, e.g., marine ecological and waste impact assessments Preparation of Environmental Management Plans (such as CEMP and OEMP)Offer support to line manager on EIA reports and Project Management Interpretation of marine ecological / environmental baseline survey reports and technical modelling studies for input into EIA reports Candidate Requirements: At least 1-2 years of previous experience in environmental consultancy with involvement in EIA development Degree/Diploma in environmental engineering / environmental science / ecology or related disciplines Excellent report writing skills for preparation of technical reports Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite Familiarity with UAE (Federal, Abu Dhabi and Dubai) Environmental Regulations Ability to interface with clients Attention-to-detail, meticulous organisational skills Abilities to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines UAE driving license (if residing in the UAE)Added benefit: Applicants currently reside in the UAEAdded benefit: Previous experience with marine ecology discipline Added benefit: Previous experience with flood management #J-18808-Ljbffr
