The role involves designing and implementing fire protection systems ensuring compliance with regional regulations and leading risk assessments to prevent incidents in highrisk sectors such as oil & gas and petrochemicals.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of fire safety and loss prevention strategies.Design implement and maintain fire safety systems (e.g. suppression alarms sprinklers).Conduct risk assessments safety audits and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.Develop and test emergency response plans and provide safety training.Lead investigations into safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with engineering teams and local authorities to integrate safety systems into projects.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Fire Protection Chemical or related field).Experience: 1520 years in safety engineering focusing on fire protection and loss prevention in the Middle East.Preferred: Experience in oil & gas petrochemical or other hazardous industries.Knowledge of regional safety standards (Iraq UAE Kuwait) #J-18808-Ljbffr
