Sales Engineer - Energy & Industry

Currently, we are inviting applications for a Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas within our Energy & Industry Segment. The role involves developing sales, driving specifications, and fostering long-term relationships with local and international key accounts and projects. What does the role involve? You will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers, presenting the Hilti value proposition to secure business. You will steer sales and business development activities, define and drive actions to increase market share in the Oil & Gas sector. Strategically developing accounts, penetrating key projects, managing complex stakeholder maps, and handling project management activities will be crucial for success. What you need is: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus At least 3 years of experience within the construction industry in Oil & Gas / Power / Energy divisions Experience in sales is an advantage Proven relationship management skills with internal and external customers, capable of handling complex stakeholder maps A target- and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex project environments Willingness and ability to travel across the UAE daily, with occasional overnight stays in remote Oil & Gas locations Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in Dubai or willing to relocate Why should you apply?
