Market Analysis and Research Monitor trends and fluctuations in prices of construction materials, labor, and equipment leasing in the Dubai market.Regularly gather and analyze market data and government policies to support project cost assessments and forecasts.3. Contract and Financial Settlement Management Review project contracts to ensure compliance with cost control principles and local regulations.Lead final settlement and reconciliation efforts with contractors and partners in accordance with Dubai s construction regulations and industry norms.Ensure accuracy and transparency in project financial data.4.
