In this business, we manage a delicate balance between enhancing Seller Experience and reducing defects and cost leakages. Achieving this balance is essential to accelerating the marketplace flywheel.Amazon is seeking a leader to ensure policies, processes, and operational excellence are maintained across fulfillment channels and MENA regions for all reimbursement-related activities, while upholding a high standard for seller experience.The role also involves driving reimbursement and reporting strategies. The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key job responsibilities Perform data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvements Own reporting of metrics and conduct root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities Develop and enhance processes, policies, and strategies supporting the program’s vision Support ongoing initiatives within the Credit Operations Team and other partner teams Communicate effectively across functions and teams to build strong stakeholder relationships Basic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics Bachelor's degree Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) and SQLExperience in defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and reporting results to senior leadership3+ years of driving process improvements Experience in stakeholder management across organizational levels Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling Our inclusive culture empowers Amazon employees to deliver outstanding results.
