If you're an elite finance professional from a top-tier business school (INSEAD, LBS, Wharton, HBS, IIM, etc.) and have cut your teeth in leading holding or investment companies, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Financial Leadership : Partner with the Group CEO and Board to define long-term strategic direction and drive shareholder value.Capital Allocation : Optimize capital structures across the portfolio, evaluate investment opportunities, M&A, divestitures, and fundraising activities.Performance Management : Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business verticals.Risk & Governance : Ensure rigorous internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with global standards.Investor Relations : Represent the Group to investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.Digital Transformation : Champion automation, finance digitization, and systems integration across entities.Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.Requirements What We’re Looking For : Education : MBA / CPA / CA from a top-tier global business school or university.
