Job Title : Principal Engineer Piping & Layout About us : Saipem is a global leader in engineering services for the design, construction, and operation of complex infrastructures and plants in the energy sector, both offshore and onshore.With our five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions - we are One Company present in around 60 countries with over 30,000 employees of more than 130 nationalities, providing the world with innovative excellence for over 65 years.Job Description and Requirements Mission Perform technical tasks assigned by the Piping and Layout Lead, related to design, verification, or study activities.Interface with other Project Specialists, Designers, and Draftsmen.Coordinate technical activities performed inside or outside Saipem.Tasks Execute activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.Tasks include: A - Development Technology know-how and Commercial support B - Feasibility Bill of materials Plot plan layout proposal Support lead to define man-hours and cost estimate D - Project Execution Ensure piping and layout engineering support to various projects.Ensure achievement of goals, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.Analyze technical documents (specifications, calculation notes, drawings) to assess scope and potential risks.Seek solutions to bring overall savings.Estimate quantities or validate estimates by other specialists.Check all produced documents (design reports, specifications, drawings).Responsibility Write piping and layout methodologies / design premises with all necessary data.Analyze project documents to validate consistency between budget, resources, and targets.Organize team work and define resource planning.Monitor and report progress, including 3D checks and men-hours control.Delivered documents Control input data and review all team-issued documents.Attend internal reviews and inter-discipline meetings.Provide technical support to project, procurement, subcontracting, and construction activities.Supervise specifications, requisitions, and bid evaluations.Inform project leaders of technical, financial, or delay risks.Contribute lessons learned to department improvements.E - Construction and Start-up Participate in test circuit verification.How to Apply : If you are ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to Saipem's success, please submit your CV in English via the provided link.Position: Piping Engineer • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
